When you take one of the most tense scenes in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982) and add in some Animoji characters, you get something hilarious.
You’re going to want to watch the whole thing. There are several references to iOS peppered throughout the video (Control Center, iMessage Screen Effects, etc) that add to the hilarity.
At first we really wanted to look down our noses at this and tut disapprovingly, but we just can’t, it’s too damn funny.
Rosensteel goes into more detail about how he created the video at iMore, but we just wanted to share it because…well, it’s just so beautifully done.
