This fascinating new DC All Access featurette interviews Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL, the composers of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice score about the themes they’ve created to provide the aural backdrop to the ultimate DC superhero smackdown. Zimmer admits that creating the music for Wonder Woman (a kind of “banshee wail but feminine) was of crucial importance they tried a hundred thousand experiments that all went wrong. Eventually cellist Tina Guo provided the answer.
Here are a couple more featurettes for Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice just to remind you that the film is out on Friday 25 March (and to get you munching a certain brand of crisps while you watch). The first features the cast of the film talking about the upcoming movie (don’t expect anything too deep or revealing), along with some new bits of footage. The other is the latest episode of DC All Access, which takes a look at some of the film’s gadgets.

••• Here’s a new image from Batman V Superman showing Batman V Superman, with Batman having the upper hand. We suggest Superman retaliates with some laster eye beams to the groin. Click on the image for a much larger version. [via Coming Soon]

I know how long I’m a corpse for, but I can’t tell you that!” No one believes him judging by the reaction on the internet.

••• Welcome to Hundred Parsecs Wood where artist James Hance has re-invented Winnie The Pooh as “Wookiee The Chew.” We don’t think we’ve ever seen anything cuter than Eeyore reimagined as an AT-AT. This is the Star Wars spin-off we really want to see. [via ComicBookResources]
••• Obi-Wan remembers. How powerful is this scene from Star Wars Episode IV:A New Hope, re-imagined with flashbacks and the music from The Leftovers (or “A Blessing” by Max Richter as it’s properly known).
